The Ghana Police Service has revealed the mode of operation of car snatching syndicates in the capital is getting sophisticated, as some of them resort to spiking the drinks of their victims.
In the latest series on the Police Watch programme on the Joy News Channel on Multi TV, top police chiefs give insights into the strategies of syndicates.
