Burial & Memorial Service: Saturday 30th April 2016 At 7:00am Kanda- Rev. Dr. Nantoma Mem Presby Church.
Interment: At Apirede, Akuapem
Funeral Rites: Ghana Cocoa Board Club House, near TV3 And Prudential Bank.
Thanksgiving Service: Sunday 1st May, 2016 @ Rev Dr. Nantoma Presby Church
Widow: Mrs. Letitia Ofori-Larbi
Children: Mrs. Vera Ofori Addo, Mad. Comfort Ofori, Mr. Frederick Ofori, Mrs. Elizabeth Oko-Yeboah, Mr. Kwodwo Ofori, Mrs. Dora Ofori Larbi Kwansah, Mr. Andrews Ofori Larbi.
