The Joy News channel is set to broadcast the first edition of its new sports feature REWIND.
The series which will delve into the backstories of Ghana’s greatest and most iconic sporting events starts with the gripping story of Ghana’s campaign at the 1992 Afcon in Senegal.
The series will focus mainly on sporting events from the previous ten years and beyond and will capture stories from several sporting disciplines.
The series which is produced by Hans Mensah Andoh of the Joy Sports desk will feature key actors including players, boxers, administrators, journalists and fans who lived these stories in diverse ways.
The series will air on the Joy News channel, Joy Prime and associated social media channels. Portions of each edition will also air on Joy 99.7 Fm. The first six stories of the series will focus on the following events.
The first edition airs at 4pm on Joy News.
