The Chief Executive of Chamber of Bulk Oil Distributors (CBOD), Senyo Hosi will moderate a panel discussion at the 2021 Offshore Technology Conference (OTC).
The panel discussion which focuses on “Developing a Viable Downstream Petroleum Hub in West Africa (Ghana)” will come after the deliberation of policies that will enhance investment in the Sub-region’s upstream sector.

Other collocutors are; Managing Director of Bulk Oil Storage and Transportation (BOST) Edwin Alfred Provencal, Director of Petroleum at Energy Ministry; Benjamin Kwame Asante, Director of Downstream Gas of Nigeria; Sanjay Narasimhalu.
The Offshore Technology Conference (OTC) is a platform where energy professionals meet to exchange ideas and opinions to advance scientific and technical knowledge for offshore resources and environmental matters.
Since 1969, OTC’s flagship conference is held annually at NRG Park (formerly Reliant Park) in Houston. OTC has expanded technically and globally with the Arctic Technology Conference, OTC Brasil, and OTC Asia.
