The National Chapters Committee (NCC) of Accra Hearts of Oak Sporting Club Limited has put in place a seven-member Interim Regional Chapters Committee to reorganize dormant chapters in the Eastern Region.
The measure is in line with an agreement reached between the NCC and Board of Directors.
A statement signed by Ken Saro-Wiwa, Public Relations Officer of NCC named the members as Michael Quarshie of Chapter 38, Akwatia (chairman), Kwadwo Danso (Chapter 163, Akropong), Patrick K. Amega (Chapter 155, Anyinam), Madam Balaraba (Chapter 36, Oda), Madam Anna Carr Kwesie (Chapter 71, Kade) and Seth Ampofo (Chapter 20, Asamankese).
He advised all Hearts of Oak supporters in the Eastern Region to discuss issues related to the organization of the chapters with any member of the interim committee.
He warned that any group which dealt with any individual outside the interim committee did so at his/her own risk.
