Dancehall artistes Shatta Wale and Stonebwoy captured all attention at the 2015 4Syte Music Video Awards with a reunion on stage.
Stonebwoy after receiving his award invited Shatta during his acceptance speech, to join him on stage and the two 'bigged up' themselves.
Prior to their public display of respect for each other and passionate dance at the auditorium, there were speculations that all was not well between the two.
Shatta Wale commenting on Stonebwoy's gesture in an interview with Red Carpet on Multi TV, challenged Samini to follow suit so that peace can prevail in the entertainment industry.
He said, “I have been saying this every time and I am happy that today it has happened, this is a message to Samini, he should learn from it, Stonebwoy followed all of us and he is now in the same game with us.”
Shatta believes that the step by Stonebwoy is a wake-up call for him (Shatta) and Samini to end the feud between them for good.
“So I think he should also let us move on with everything, we don't have to beef every time.”
Shatta Wale did not end there, right after his performance at the awards night, he took to his twitter page congratulating Stonebwoy and his ‘Bhim Nation’ fan base.
“Congrats to Stonebwoy and the Bhimnation fans who came to support, it’s about time,” he said.
Meanwhile, following revelations by Shatta Wale, that his former manager Bulldog had threatened to kill him, the controversial musician has disclosed that he has officially filed a report with the police.
“The case has been reported to the police and so I don't want to talk about it for now, I am thinking about how to win awards,” he said.
Stonebwoy was adjudged ‘Best Reggae/Dancehall Video’, ‘Best Directed Video’ and ‘Most Influential Artiste’ at this year’s 4Syte awards.
