Signum Development, a real estate company is giving discounts on its properties as Christmas bonanza.
This is part of its corporate social responsibility.
Signum Development is a consortium of technical professionals, specialising in innovative and practical solutions for projects in the built environment, mining and construction Industry.
It has a record of delivering a number of high profile projects like refurbishment of Barclays Bank Ghana (now Absa Vabk) head office.
Speaking to Joy Business, Digital Marketing Manager of Signum Development, Comfort Owusu said, “we have townhouses in Oyarifa that start from $77,000. We’re running a few Christmas promotions and can get a townhouse for $74,000. We also have two bedroom apartments at Tsae Addo going for $134,000, but will be going for $84,000.”
She explained that there are flexible payment plans and clients are at liberty to suggest new payment plans they are comfortable with.
“We have a standard payment plan of three installment of 30%. So, 30% when one first signs the contract, 30% six months later, another 30% after six months and the final 10% when the property is handed over to the client”, she added.
She however pointed out that “we are flexible with payment plan. So when a customer has a payment plan which we can work with, we consider it”.
