Social Enterprise Ghana, in partnership with the 2SCALE Project, has rolled out a nationwide training program to strengthen agribusiness capacity and promote inclusive business practices.
Supported by the Dutch Ministry of Foreign Affairs, 2SCALE works to empower smallholder farmers, women, and youth through innovative partnerships and tailored support services.

As part of this collaboration, Social Enterprise Ghana took part in the Impact Drives Returns Summit, which focused on strengthening Public-Private Partnerships (PPPs), enhancing value chain inclusion, and aligning entrepreneurship with the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs).
Building on this momentum, Social Enterprise Ghana and 2SCALE organised a series of Inclusive Agribusiness Trainings across the country.

The initiative sought to promote entrepreneurship in agriculture by advancing business models that include and empower smallholder farmers, women, youth, and marginalised groups within value chains.
The program began with innovation hubs in all 16 regions, where hub managers and facilitators were equipped with tools to drive inclusive agribusiness.
It later extended directly to business owners in five key locations—Koforidua, Bolgatanga, Techiman, Takoradi, and Hohoe—where agripreneurs and enterprises explored practical strategies for inclusive growth.

The regional sessions focused on improving food systems, enhancing rural livelihoods, and advancing sustainable development.
This nationwide training forms part of Social Enterprise Ghana’s broader partnership with 2SCALE to align agribusiness development with the SDGs, ensuring resilience, inclusion, and expanded opportunities for vulnerable groups in Ghana’s agricultural sector.
