The Springboard Road Show Foundation has announced the grand finale of the 2025 Springboard Road Show, slated for Saturday, November 22, 2025, at 9:00 a.m., at the Ohene Konadu Auditorium, University of Professional Studies, Accra (UPSA).
The Grand Finale will mark a historic milestone, celebrating the 500,000 young people who have joined the Ghana Grows Program. It will also bring together young people, industry leaders, and changemakers from across Ghana in a vibrant gathering of innovation, inspiration, and empowerment.
The event will feature the Young Innovators Awards, part of the Ghana Grows Program, which recognises outstanding innovators in the agriculture and vocational sectors making a positive impact in their communities.
Other key activities will feature stakeholder engagements, agribusiness exhibitions, and performances by Byno Ayomi and Adelaide the Seer.
The event will also be graced by distinguished guests, partners, and mentors of the Springboard Road Show Foundation.

Through our journey across the regions, we have connected, learned, and grown together, setting the stage for a grand conclusion that celebrates our shared achievements," said Comfort Ocran, Executive Director, Springboard Road Show Foundation.
The 2025 Springboard Road Show has toured all regions of Ghana, connecting thousands of young people to opportunities in agriculture, technical and vocational training, and entrepreneurship.
Attendance is free, but registration is required.
