As part of the collaboration between Star Microinsurance Services Ltd and Ghana Post Company Ltd, a training program has been held help strengthen the collaboration.
It was attended by participants from the activated post offices across the nation.
The collaboration between Star Microinsurance and Ghana Post for the product “Abusua Nkyemfa” started earlier this year and was launched on June 14, 2013.The policy allows cover for the principal assured and seven other family-members against perils such as death and hospitalization.
“Abusua Nkyemfa” policy can be purchased at any of the activated post office outlets in Ghana.
Activated post offices can be located in post offices in the Eastern, Central, Greater Accra, Bono Ahafo and Ashanti Regions.
