The “My Business 2011” special training sessions for the supplementary class on Multi TV has been a tremendous success with many a highly accomplished businessmen offering time and resources to train young entrepreneurs who qualified into the final 20 list.
The class which has hosted top business personalities such as Mr. Vincent Ocran (farmer and lecturer), Mr. Charles Mensah (CEO of Trust Consult Limited) and Mr. Martin Ofori-Atta (CEO of Visionet Systems Limited, an IT company based in the UK and having a subsidiary branch in Ghana), will also be facilitated by Mr. Albert Ocran, a celebrated author, publisher, public speaker, radio presenter and CEO of Combert Impressions Company and Legacy and Legacy. Mr. Ocran is widely known in Ghana for his “infoproneurship” roadshow program; Spring Board.
The supplementary training program seeks to impart essential business skills to the last 20 finalists from immensely successful trainers and to share in their rich experiences regarding common challenges akin to entrepreneurship.
The first training session on Tuesday centered on how to effectively use the tools of E-Marketing to sell products in a global market, and on how to be a successful entrepreneur in a global economy. The class which was facilitated by Mr. Martin Ofori-Atta proved immensely useful to the class as many of the students were learning for the first time how to apply Search Engine Optimization techniques to their company websites, and how to properly position company websites and business profiles for success.
The high point of the training session came when in a move that was a complete surprise to the entrepreneurs and the program organizers; Mr. Martin Ofori-Atta donated several copies of his book “How to become a successful entrepreneur” to the class, and offered to build corporate websites in conjunction with google for the last ten finalists, free of charge.
Mr. Ofori-Atta who is in Ghana to facilitate an upcoming conference in Accra, dubbed “The CEO Summit” on 29th October 2011 (Coconut Grove Hotel), is also the author of three best sellers; How to become a successful entrepreneur, Supernatural Secrets, and Dangerously in love (novel). His CEO’s Summit will also feature the world renowned technology Demystification Guru - Mr. James Pennington.
The supplementary training sessions of MY BUSINESS 2011 stream live on the internet at www.multitvworld.com/streams, and are rebroadcasted on the Joy News Channel of Multi TV each week day at 5:30pm, will end on Monday 14th October 2011.
