She said this on the back of the HR Focus Conference 2016 themed, "Technology Driven HR; People, Processes, Performance," scheduled to take place on 23rd September, 2016 at the World Trade Center, Ridge-Accra.
Mrs. Hagan said, "In the wake of technology and in this fast paced technological world, HR practitioners must get abreast with the changing times in order to stay relevant."
She said that the HR Focus Conference 2016 is an avenue for HR managers and practitioners to converge to discuss how they can leverage on technology in order to positively impact the bottom line of their organisations.
