Telecel Ghana is stepping up its Fixed Broadband (FBB) services with the announcement of exciting offers designed to provide increased value for both new and existing customers.
The valuable promotions are being rolled out along with a marked improvement in data connectivity service for broadband users.
Starting October, new broadband customers will benefit from free installation service to their homes or offices and a 50 per cent bonus data on their core plan subscriptions.
Existing customers of the broadband service will receive up to a whopping 300 per cent bonus on their monthly subscription offer, valid for 7 days based on the terms and conditions.
“These new offers and perks give new and existing fibre broadband subscribers unparalleled value as part of our ongoing efforts to ramp up broadband customer experience, address service issues, and solidify our position as the leaders in leading fibre broadband services in Ghana,” said Albert Achiaw, Fixed Business Manager at Telecel Ghana.
Telecel FBB remains the industry leader in fibre optic broadband service and customers will benefit from the promos along with multi-layered perks including:
- The widest fibre broadband network reach and ongoing coverage expansion
- Improvement in complaint resolution timeline
- Seamless high-speed internet without restrictions
- Easy data bundle sharing between broadband and mobile devices
- Integrated home telephone services
With these new Fixed Broadband offers and connectivity enhancements, Telecel Ghana aims to set new benchmarks in service quality and customer satisfaction.
Additionally, Telecel broadband customers are eligible and stand a higher chance of winning in the ongoing More Money Promo, as they earn double points in the draw anytime they recharge or buy bundles on their accounts.
Broadband users can win cash prizes of GH¢150 daily, GH¢30,000 weekly and the grand prize of GH¢1,000,000 to become the Telecel millionaire.
“We are committed to delivering unmatched value and superior services to our customers to maintain our customer’s trust and strengthen our position in the market,” David Umoh, Director of Consumer Business, said.
To subscribe to Telecel FBB, customers can download and activate the Telecel Play App or dial *900# to select their preferred broadband subscription.
Telecel Ghana continues to strengthen its network infrastructure nationwide with the rollout of over 1,000 cell sites across the country by the end of the year to improve network connectivity and bolster customer experience.
Additionally, the telco has set up over 400 community shops across the country to increase access to Telecel support for customers.
