A London-based IT expert has eaten a reproduction of his own brain - made out of chocolate.
Andy Millns volunteered for the experiment to test cutting-edge 3D printing technology.
By taking an MRI scan of his head, experts at London-based Inition, the 3D technology company which Andy co-founded, were able to feed a map of the brain into a computer and print it out on a 3D printer.
After creating a latex mould of the mini-brain it was then a matter of filling it with liquid chocolate and putting it in the fridge for three hours.
Mr Millns said: "I've been involved in some weird 3D projects over the years at Inition but eating my own chocolate brain was one of the most bizarre.
"They say these things taste of chicken... I thought it tasted nutty."
