A London-based IT expert has eaten a reproduction of his own brain - made out of chocolate.Andy Millns volunteered for the experiment to test cutting-edge 3D printing technology.By taking an MRI scan of his head, experts at London-based Inition, the 3D technology company which Andy co-founded, were able to feed a map of the brain into a computer and print it out on a 3D printer.After creating a latex mould of the mini-brain it was then a matter of filling it with liquid chocolate and putting it in the fridge for three hours.Mr Millns said: "I've been involved in some weird 3D projects over the years at Inition but eating my own chocolate brain was one of the most bizarre."They say these things taste of chicken... I thought it tasted nutty."
