Three more port officials have been picked up at the Tema Port over alleged bribery and corruption.
They include chief collectors at the port. The arrest comes a day after the deputy National Security Representative and two Customs officers of the Ghana Revenue Authority were picked up over similar allegations.
This was disclosed by the deputy Information and Media Relations Minister, Ibrahim Murtala Mohammed at his daily press briefing at the Flagstaff House on Friday.
He said the Chief of Staff-chaired-taskforce will extend its operations to other places to block all forms of leakages and corruption in the system.
