Goodwill messages poured out for Multimedia as it held a Thankgiving service - a prelude to the celebration of  20 years leadership in Ghana's private media space. 

Some of the top brands and friends paid glowing tribute to the Multimedia Group for their unwavering contribution to the country's development.

The brands did not also fail to recount the tremendous achievements they have chalked since their association with the group.

At an annual prayer thanksgiving brunch organised by the group to appreciate its clients and stakeholders for their contribution during the past year, heads of some of these brands could not help but appreciate their relationship with the group.

Head Pastor of the Salt and Light Ministries, Dr Joyce Aryee who is totally impressed with how big the Multimedia Group has grown said she admires Kwasi Twum's [Group CEO] hard work and perseverance.

External Affairs Manager of UT Holdings, Sophia Lissah said her company’s relationship with the Multimedia Group has contributed greatly in her company’s desire to grow and make a mark in the Small and Medium Scale Enterprise Market (SME).

This relationship for the past ten years according to her, is undoubtedly one that cannot be underestimated and that their desire to reach clients and potential customers would have been almost impossible.

With professionalism and dedication, Multimedia has delivered on every promise anytime they are called upon and that “when you work with Multimedia you know that these are people who know what they are about and they don’t just do business and leave you but they build relationships and that is one trademark that sets them apart”, she added.

General Manager of the Premier Media Company, Andrew Ackah says his company’s relationship with the Multimedia Group is irreplaceable.

The level of professionalism, passion and commitment exhibited by the group at all levels of interaction and that “hardly do you find a group of media company that shows compassion and commitment to their clients and partners”, it has been an awesome experience, he added.

Mr Ackah said it was amazing how Multimedia brand has grown over the years and that for the years ahead he hopes that the brand explodes into another level of greatness.

MD of CAL Bank Frank Adu said Kwasi Twum had always been business minded back in school and was not surprised how he has turned out. 

Regional Branch Manager Africa for PZ Cussons, Kwame Amoah said professionalism and dedication to duty has made it impossible for his company to embark on any campaign without the Multimedia Group.

He said his company is totally assured of competent execution of a project once Multimedia is handling it. He hoped the relationship between them will be strengthened for a long time to come.

He said the level of greatness the group has achieved in the industry was only a stepping stone and that greater and better things are yet to happen.

Board Chairman of the Multimedia Group, Kweku Awotwi said the company has grown from two radio stations into a conglomerate and that even though the journey has not been all rosy, it has taken hard work, belief in a vision and a great number of good people to get it where it has reached.

For a home grown institution to attain such heights, Mr Awotwi said the Multimedia Group has indeed made its mark in the industry.   

Ace broadcast journalist Kojo Oppong Nkrumah described his eight-year career with the Multimedia Group as “a blessed opportunity to learn within a framework where you are resourced, challenged and pushed to give out your best.”

With a constant reminder that anything is possible, he was encouraged in the pursuit of very high standards and has always forged on with the mindset any idea one conceives was achievable.
