TrybeNet Limited, a leading technology company specialising in defence and security-grade solutions, has donated a comprehensive suite of technology and end-user support equipment to four security agencies under the Ministry for the Interior.
The beneficiary institutions are the Ghana Police Service, the Ghana Prisons Service, the Ghana National Fire Service, and the Ghana Immigration Service.
According to the ministry, the donation is aimed at strengthening the operational readiness of the security services while supporting the effective implementation of the newly launched Centralised Services E-Recruitment Portal (C-Serp).

The platform serves as a unified digital gateway for the recruitment of qualified Ghanaians into all agencies under the Ministry for the Interior.
“The donation forms part of efforts to establish a central data and software administration hub for the Centralised Services E-Recruitment Portal,” the Ministry said. “This will ensure the smooth processing and management of recruitment activities across all agencies.”

In a post shared on Facebook by the ministry, TrybeNet Limited explained that the primary objective of the donation is to support the efficient management of the C-Serp system while laying the foundation for the future use of the equipment in broader technology initiatives under the ministry’s expanding e-administration framework.
TrybeNet noted that the items donated include ultra-high-speed servers, laptops, printers, server cabinets, tablets, smartphones, office furniture and other essential equipment, all intended to facilitate the seamless deployment of the various modules and phases of the C-Serp platform.

“The equipment will not only support the immediate rollout of C-Serp but will also be repurposed for other digital reforms envisioned by the Ministry,” the company stated.
The initiative is also expected to serve as a foundation for upcoming digital transformation projects within the security sector.

These include the Corrections and Inmates Management System (CoRIMS), a Medical Facilities Management Platform, a modernised Human Resource Management System for the Ghana Prisons Service, and a digital academic records verification system for the Ghana Immigration Service, among other high-impact reforms.

TrybeNet reaffirmed its commitment to supporting the vision of the Minister for the Interior, emphasising its dedication to helping build a fully technology-driven ministry.
“We remain committed to supporting the minister’s vision of a more efficient, secure, and future-ready national security ecosystem driven by technology,” the company added.
