The Refeeres Committee of the Football Association has banned two referees from officiating the remainder of the 2008/2009 Glo Premier League.
The League's Refereeing body is reviewing their performances for the first half of the league.
Referees N.A.T. Plange of Accra and Yakubu Nuhu Liman(Wa) are paying the fine for poor officiating.
Plange is said to have performed poorly in the Eleven Wise-Bechem Chelsea match day 8 clash at the Essipong Stadium on 25 January.
Liman is accused of failing to apply his knowledge on player management and psychology of refereeing during the Hearts-Hasaacas match day 12 clash tie at the Ohene Djan stadium 15 March.
Ho-based referee Solomon Morday has also been suspended for five matches.
He scored low marks during the Tema Youth-Hearts of Oak Week 11 clash at the Tema Sports stadium on 11 March.
Three other referees; Kofi Antwi of Tema, Kennedy Bentsil of Cape Coast and Sunyani-based Yaw Ametepe have been told to sit up or face the necessary sanctions.
