Ghana's Black Satellites have been handed a tricky group at the U-20 Africa Cup of Nations (AFCON) following the Confederation of African Football's decision to remake the draw.
Ghana will come up against Senegal, the Central African Republic and DR Congo in Group C of the new draw.
The process for the new draw was held on Sunday, April 13, with the competition getting a new host following the withdrawal of Côte d'Ivoire as the original hosts.
Group A contains five teams, while Groups B and C have four teams each.
In Group A, Egypt will come against Zambia, Sierra Leone, South Africa and Tanzania, while Group B will see Nigeria face Tunisia, Kenya and Morocco.
The tournament is scheduled to commence on April 26, with the final slated for May 18.
The U-20 AFCON will also serve as qualifiers for the 2025 FIFA Under-20 World Cup that will be staged in Chile from September 27 to October 19, 2025.
Ghana sealed a return to the continental stage after finishing second in the WAFU B Qualifiers played in Togo last year.
