Africash, according to the bank, will enable its customers receive money transferred to them instantly.
The bank has also out-doored Afritrade, a product it said is designed to facilitate trading among African countries.
The two products are said to be available in all 17 African countries where UBA is operational.
Managing Director of UBA Ghana, Gabriel Edgal told Joy Business the two products aim at addressing serious challenges businesses usually face in cross-border transactions and will significantly boost trade on the continent.
He said the Africash works the same way text messaging works.
