It has come to the attention of the Management of MultiTV that some installers are charging clients additional monies for extra TV channels that can be viewed on MultiTV decoders. This is unacceptable and Management takes strong exception to this practice.
We wish to emphasise that currently MultiTV operates 10 TV channels viz: Joy News; Joy TV; Joy Sports; Cine Afrik; 4Kids; Hitz TV; Adom TV; Nhyira TV, Real TV and Jesus Channel.
However there are other extra channels that are available and can be viewed on MultiTV. These extra channels are not owned, managed or controlled by MultiTV, but can be viewed at no extra installation cost. Therefore the action of those installers to extort extra monies from clients is illegal and must not be entertained. The approved charge for MultiTV installation still remains GHS 25 and nothing more.
We therefore entreat all our customers not to pay any installer more than our standard installation charge of GHS 25. There should be no additional charge for other channels.
Any installer who is caught carrying out these illegal charges on the extra channels shall be dealt with severely.
Thanks
JOYously yours,
Multi TV Management
