uniCredit, one of the leading Savings and Loans Companies in the country, has held a week long appreciation for its customers across the country.
The celebration which focused on the theme “Our Customer Delight, our Passion” saw Clients who visited the banking halls of the institution walk away with various souvenirs. The customer appreciation week celebration which forms part of the institutions annual activities, is geared towards bringing quality service to their clientele base.
It also provided the opportunity for customers to directly interact with top management on various issues during the week.
Climaxing the week-long program with a focus group meeting in Kumasi, the newly appointed CEO of uniCredit, Mr. Samuel Sakyi-Hyde reiterated that the company resolves to provide the best Customer Service to Clients in its industry. He said management is updating its IT infrastructure and was optimistic that such a move will enhance the service delivery of the Company.
Mr. Samuel Sakyi-Hyde said as an institution, uniCredit was on a steady growth path and has seen very impressive growth over the last few years of operations.
He assured customers that uniCredit is strategically positioned to meet their varied needs as micro, small and medium scale enterprises. He encouraged customers to adopt good business practices to help their businesses to stand the test of time. He said as an institution interested to see the efficient growth of the businesses of its clients, uniCredit will make itself available especially in the areas of advisory services to help them grow their businesses.
uniCredit, formerly Kantamanto Savings and Loans Company Limited was licensed by the Bank of Ghana in 1995 to operate as a non-bank financial institution under the Financial Institutions (Non-Banking) Law, 1993 (PNDC 328).
With approval from the Bank of Ghana, the name of the Company was changed to uniCredit Ghana Limited in March 2007. With the primary objective of providing attractive deposits and credit delivery services to individuals, micro, small and medium enterprises since its inception, uniCredit is now one of the leading Savings and Loans companies in the country with a total of Eleven (11) Branches and One (1) agency. Seven (7) of the branches and Agency are in Accra, Three (3) in Kumasi and One (1) in Takoradi.
