Union Savings and Loans has launched an interactive medium to assist its staff in efforts to develop a more personal and warm relationship with their clients.
This forms part of the Customer Service Week celebration to express the company’s commitment to providing exceptional and rapid banking services to its clients.
U-interact provides staff the platform to log on to and chat with their clients to get immediate feedback and complaints on service delivery.
Meanwhile as part of the Customer Week Celebration, the Savings and Loans Company has been paying visits to clients to assist them in their activities.
“This time we are not going around to collect cash deposits or take loan installments but rather help them run errands for the day”, Customer Relations Manager, Afrakoma Obeng Ansong told JOY BUSINESS.
Among the clients visited were Abbi Creations, Heavy Do Chop Bar, Urban Taste restaurant, architectural and construction firm, G Effect Company Limited.
CEO of Abbi Creations, Reverend David Kojo Kyere who also spoke to JOY BUSINESS commended Union Savings and Loans for their support.
“They accepted us when many rejected us”, he said.
Union Savings and Loans Company is crowning its Customer Week Celebration with health screening for clients and the public.
The financial institution was on Monday named the best in customer service in the latest rankings released by the research wing of consulting firm, Nest of Ideas.
The survey was based on 22 Savings and Loans Companies sampled by Nest of Ideas.
