The US President Barack Obama and his family are scheduled to have a breakfast meeting Saturday, with President Mills and the two ex-Presidents, Mr Jerry Rawlings and Mr John Kufuor of Ghana at the Castle.
Details of what happens in the Castle are as follows;
8:47 Personnel of the Ghana Armed Forces in their resplendent outfits line up for inspection by the two Presidents, Obama and Mills.
8:50 The Armed Forces Central Band play melodious Ghanaian hymns awaiting the two Presidents.
9:10 Helicopter flies over the Castle ground.
9:11 The Beast, Obama's official vehicle arrives.
9:12 Aides to Obama close to the beast in their dark shades watching, waiting for clearance to open the US President.
9:13 Media men jostle for space to take good shots as the Mills emerges to welcome Obama who had alighted from the beast.
9:14 The two presidents walk to the dais as the anthems of the two countries are played interspersed with a 22 gun salute.
9:18 President Obama descends the dais, led by the guard commander he walks straight to inspect the guard of honour.
9:20 Obama returns and joins Mills on the dais, as the national anthem of the United States is played first followed by that of the host country.
9:21 The two presidents head towards the entrance of the castle hall where bilateral talks is set to begin.
9:23 The guard of honour gallantly marches off, as dignitaries take their seat waiting for the bilateral talks to end.
