Play-maker Uriah Asante who rose to prominence last season after starring for Hearts of Oak has committed to the club despite reports of a move away from the Phobians.
The 21 year old was expected to join South African side Amazulu in preseason but negotiations broke down due to dispute over agreed amounts.
Uriah Asante will play for the Phobians again this season and he is already looking forward to a new challenge.
"I am not going anywhere because no necessary negotiations have been arrived at" he told JOY Sports.
The All Africa Games gold medalist is confident of winning his first league trophy with Hearts as the league kick starts on October 9
