Uruguay striker Diego Forlan has taken part in normal training as he recovers from a toe injury before the team’s World Cup quarter-final against Ghana.
The striker picked up the injury against South Korea in the round of 16. The team didn’t say which toe was injured, or on which foot.
The only doubt for Uruguay is Diego Godin, who has a left thigh injury, but he also trained lightly.
The team trained in Kimberley before travelling to Johannesburg, where the South Americans will meet Ghana at Soccer City.
Forlan says the team shouldn’t change its style when it faces the only African team left in the tournament.
