Usher made a rare appearance in Atlanta on Monday. The Grammy award-winning singer wasn't on stage. He was in a Fulton County courtroom.
Usher Raymond IV and his ex-wife Tameka Foster-Taymond are battling over custody of their two kids. Tameka wants full custody. Usher wants increased visitation.
On the stand, Usher testified about his ex going through nanny after nanny and said he worries about who is caring for his kids.
Usher also testified Tameka has a violent history. On the stand he said she sent a threatening email to a friend of his and later attacked her.
The couple married in 2007. Their marriage lasted less than two years.
