Ace broadcaster Kwasi Kyei Darkwah (KKD) has apologised to those who were offended by the fact that he had sex with 19-year-old lady at a hotel.
The broadcaster noted that while there was nothing wrong with having sex with a young woman who is above the legal age for marriage, he was disappointed that people also tried to destroy her in the process.
He was speaking on Cosmopolitan Mix on Joy FM.
The state in April last year dropped charges of rape against KKD. The Airport Police arrested KKD on December 27, 2014 after the woman accused him of raping her in a hotel washroom.
Mr. Darkwah admitted having sex with the lady but denied he forced her.
