Saturday, April 23 was all merry for veteran broadcaster and entertainment pundit, Ken Addy, as he celebrated his birthday.
Popularly called Uncle Ken, he marked his 63rd birthday in grand style in the studios of Joy FM surrounded by friends and family.
The party kicked off with his favourite entertainment review show, Rhythmz A-Z which he has become an integral part of every Saturday. Yesterday's was no exception, although it was planned as a special edition to mark his day.
Younger rapper Teephlow surprised Uncle Ken with a birthday freestyle to open the show. Renowned producer Hammer of The Last also joined the party later.
The celebration reached its peak after the Joy News at 6 p.m when Uncle Ken's ‘famous nieces’ joined him on his show with lots of gifts and a birthday cake.
Family, friends and co-workers all joined to wish Uncle Ken a happy birthday.
