Vodafone Ghana says it is working with its partners and relevant agencies to restore its call centre service as soon as possible.
This comes after last night's fire outbreak at Ghana House where its call centre is located.
The Telecom operator in an official release acknowledges a break in customer service at the call centre as a result.
It says customers could therefore in the meantime, SMS them on 020-240-0400 or 050-800-0013 or email at info.gh@vodafone.com for any urgent issues to be addressed.
