As soon as soon as the victim took it she fell asleep and he had sexual intercourse with her.

The Prosecution told the court that the matter was reported to the Agona Swedru Divisional Command of the Domestic Violence and Victim support Unit (DOVVSU) of the Ghana Police Service and the accused was arrested.
