The Special Prosecutor, Kissi Agyebeng, says his outfit has enough evidence to proceed with the prosecution case against former Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of the Public Procurement Authority (PPA), Adjenim Boateng Adjei, and his brother-in-law, Francis Kwaku Arhiin.
