The United States team, Sunday, came out better than Nigeria’s Super eagles in their last warm up match ahead of the World Cup 2014.
US defeated the Super Eagles 2-1 during an international friendly played in Florida in preparation for the World Cup starting in Brazil in a few days.
Jossy Altidore scored for the Americans, one in each half, before Victor Moses scored Nigeria’s only goal of the game in the 2nd half via penalty.
Eagles stringed good passes on the ball and showed good measure of confidence on the ball until the US goal came to unnerve the Nigerian team.
It is obvious that the Nigerian coach needs more work to do on the team if to hopes to post decent outing at the tournament.
