A question posed by Bald Head, Nanye of the BMPS show.
There might have been a situation where one was required to either flirt with his or her employer for benefits or lose their job.
Some people might have been in such a situation, but how do you deal with it?
Some people have probably considered it and have sustained their jobs. Others have lost their jobs for rejecting the request.
In the first episode of season 3 of the BMPS show, the hosts shared their views concerning the issue.
One of the hosts, Poxieble, believes there is never a necessitated time to flirt. He can do it whenever he wants because he is not tied to his partner.
"If you’re my dating partner where we’re not married, maybe you’re not the one I’ll marry, but my flirting partner," he said.
Poxieble is ready to flirt in whatever situation it may be. He is also comfortable when his partner flirts.
As to whether flirting is disrespectful to Poxieble’s partner, he said "No." He said it is advisable to be open with one’s partner.
He will not stop flirting with other women until he finds a girlfriend who will open up to him and tell him that it hurts.
The Muscled Oliver, on the other hand, will flirt with his boss only if he likes her, and only during his single state.
"It's better to be single and test all the waters than to get married and then regret," he believes.
Oliver believes people who accept the offer are "opportunists."
Meanwhile, Nanye is of the view that "you should be able to respect the person you’re with at the moment."
Considering the suggestions mentioned, would you flirt with your boss for a salary increment?
