Joy News can confirm businessman Alfred Woyome has officially written to the Sole Commission investigating the payment of inordinate judgment debts.
Mr. Woyome is protesting the conduct of one of the spokespersons of the Commission, Dometi Kofi Sekpor who they accuse of making prejudicial comments.
Joy News has intercepted a copy of the letter which has been attached to documents on agreements covering the construction of stadiums for the 2008 Nations Cup.
Parts of the letter read: “I shall help with my fullest cooperation, your work in unravelling the root cause of this whole issue for you to give our dear nation a formula for the prevention of any future occurrence”.
He also informed the Commissioner, Justice Yaw Appau, about alleged comments of false representation attributed to one of the spokespersons of the Commission, Dometi Kofi Sekpor.
He said the case was before the court and hence cautioned the Commission on such comments.
