As part of the fun-packed programmes lined up for March, the month of freedom, Joy Prime is organising an essay competition for children dubbed the 2018 4kids Essay Competition.
Ghana’s leading entertainment channel is running the competition to celebrate Ghana’s 61st Independence anniversary and also to promote interest in writing amongst children.
Children between the ages of eight and 15 years have to tell the world “what makes you Proud as a Ghanaian”? in not more than 1,500 words.
“Is it the peaceful environment, the natural mineral resources, or the over 25 years of democratic freedom we have enjoyed that makes you a proud Ghanaian? Joy Prime said.
Entries must be dropped at the Multi TV Office at Kokomlemle, opposite Joy FM – Accra or via e-mail at info@multitvworld.com.
Entries may also be posted to Joy Prime Essay Competition, P. O. Box GP17202 Kokomlemle, Accra.
The deadline for submission of essays is March 16, 2018.
Six lucky winners will join the channel to travel all over the country to some exciting places.
Winners of the 2018 4kids Essay Competition will also receive amazing prizes.
