Nigerian singer, and former Big Brother Africa housemate, Goldie is dead. The news of Goldie’s death came as a rude shock on Thursday.
Linda Ikeji, a top blogger quoted Derele Edun a close friend of the entertainer as saying “she died at Reddington Hospital” in Lagos.
She just arrived from United States where she attended the Grammys.
Goldie was one of the popular faces in last Big Brother Africa Star Game show in South Africa.
She was very active in the show and there were rumours that she is even engaged to fellow housemate, Prezzo of Kenya. Everyone was looking forward to their wedding in 2013.
Born Susan Filani, Goldie as she is fondly called changed her name to Susan Harvey on arrival from England. According to her profile, Goldie is from Ekiti State in South West Nigeria. She is in her 30s. She was signed to Kennies Music before she passed away.
