Ghana’s Afrobeat sensation, Fuse ODG and Nigerian music superstar, Wizkid have been named among artistes billed to perform at this year’s Wireless Festival.
The annual Wireless Festival is a summer jam festival instituted in 2005. The event brings together some of the world’s music icons under one roof.
This year, the event is being sponsored by American multinational internet corporation, Yahoo!.
The Yahoo! Wireless Festival 2013, which is a 3-day event, will come off from Friday, July 12 to Sunday, July 14 at the Queen Elizabeth Park, London.
Wizkid, known for several hit songs including The Matter will perform at the event on Friday while Antenna hit singer, Fuse ODG, known in real life as Nana Richard Abiona, will rock the show on Sunday.
Apart from Fuse ODG and Wizkid, world renowned music greats who will also be performing at the event include, Jay-Z, Snoop Lion, Justin Timberlake, Will-I-Am, Waka Flocka Flame, Frank Ocean, Trey Songz, Miguel, Nas, 2 Chainz, and John Legend.
