Rob Kardashian finally scored a legal victory.
After losing his emergency motion for custody of daughter Dream Kardashian — whom he shares with ex-fiancée Blac Chyna — Rob has been awarded $45,000 in a separate lawsuit involving Chyna’s ex-boyfriend, Pilot Jones, The Blast reported.
In 2017, Jones sued Rob and Chyna for cyberbullying and defamation, alleging they released his private phone number to the public and outed him as bisexual. He also claimed Rob and Chyna blamed him for selling a photo of him making out with Chyna.
Jones, whose real name is Justin C. Jones, denied leaking the image. He also claimed the release of his number by the former couple left him exposed to threatening messages. In addition, he claimed that as a result of the distress he suffered, he also attempted suicide.
Kardashian and Chyna denied all allegations and requested the lawsuit be dropped.
In ruling on the case, a Los Angeles judge dismissed the majority of the claims made against Rob and granted a motion for attorney’s fees, awarding the 32-year-old reclusive reality star $45,109.
Rob’s custody battle with Chyna, however, is ongoing.
