Amidst the chaos that ensued following the suspension of service by the Coalition of Commercial Transport Owners and the Ghana Private Road Transport Union (GPRTU), drivers and their mates at the Ashaiman Main station whiled away time in a series of football matches.
The matches which were played between Union and Cooperative teams, saw some stranded passengers joining the spectators to enjoy the lively football game.
Among the spectators was a trader, Akua, who could not help but use the opportunity to display her commentary skills.
According to Akua, without a lot of activity going on at the Main station, she, like many other onlookers decided to watch the football match.
Akua, who says she loves to watch football indicated that that decision to run commentary on the match, was on the spur of the moment.
