A British-Nigerian singer and songwriter, Naira Marley, has admonished Ghanaian artistes to invest more in shooting quality videos and engaging in international promotions.
He shared his thoughts in an interview with Andy Dosty on Hitz 103.9 FM, on Tuesday, June 21, 2022.
In plain words, Naira Marley said, “their (Ghanaian artistes) songs are nice but they should shoot nicer videos and do more promotions internationally by going to Europe.”
The "Koleyewon" hit-maker further expressed his desire to collaborate on a song with Ghanaian Afrobeats singer, Darkovibes.
He also shared his general impression of Ghana since his arrival. He emphasized that Ghana is a peaceful country, hence, his desire to invest here.
Naira Marley emerged unto the music space after the release of his hit single ‘Soapy’.
He followed up his success with other hit songs including ‘Coming’, ‘Mafo’, ‘Tingasa’, among others.
His latest album, ‘God’s Time Is The Best’ is currently available for streaming.
