In a significant stride towards enhancing the quality of basic education in Dagbamate, the chiefs, Hunuawo, and people of the community have unveiled an ultra-modern student canteen and teachers' bungalows.
The commissioning of these facilities marks a pivotal moment for education in the area, promising improved resources for both students and educators.
The leader of Dagbamate, Ngorgbea Kofi Davor, addressed the media during the commissioning ceremony, shedding light on the unique source of funding for these projects.
Davor revealed that the funds for the construction of the student canteen and teachers' bungalows were sourced from the proceeds of the community's shrine.
"This project exemplifies our commitment to investing in the future of our youth and ensuring that our educators have the necessary resources to provide quality education," stated Davor. "The contributions from our shrine have been instrumental in making this vision a reality."
The ultra-modern student canteen stands as a testament to the community's dedication to providing a conducive environment for learning. Equipped with modern amenities, it aims to offer nutritious meals to students, promoting their health and well-being.
