In a heartfelt ceremony, the Board, Management, and Vakpo Senior High Technical School staff in the North Dayi District paid tribute to District Chief Executive (DCE) Edmund Kudjo Attah.
His remarkable efforts in improving the school's infrastructure and amenities since taking office according to management have earned him this honor.
Since assuming his role, the management said DCE Edmund Kudjo Attah has demonstrated a profound commitment to enhancing the educational environment at Vakpo Senior High Technical School. Recognizing the urgent need for infrastructural upgrades, he initiated several projects to create a more conducive atmosphere for teaching and learning.

Headmistress Victoria Achorbo expressed her deep appreciation for Attah's contributions.
"From the provision of a school bus that has revolutionized transportation, to the establishment of a modern kitchen facility that has significantly improved our meal services, your contributions have been immense," she stated.
Achorbo detailed the numerous improvements, including the supply of new classroom desks, tables, and chairs, which have created a more comfortable learning environment. The installation of marker boards has enhanced teaching experiences, while the addition of streetlights has greatly improved nighttime safety on campus. Furthermore, the ongoing construction of a new assembly hall and toilet facility stands as a testament to Attah's unwavering dedication to the school's development.
"Your support has not only elevated our physical infrastructure but also boosted our morale and motivation. We are inspired by your dedication to education and your belief in our students' potential," Achorbo added.
In his acceptance speech, DCE Edmund Kudjo Attah was grateful for the recognition.
"I am humbled by this unique invitation to honor my contributions to our school. This gesture motivates me to do more for humanity," he stated. Attah emphasized his enduring commitment to promoting the welfare of the vulnerable and less privileged, a commitment rooted in his humble beginnings and a strong belief in the transformative power of education.

Looking ahead, Edmund Kudjo Attah, aspiring to represent the North Dayi Constituency as a Member of Parliament, outlined his ambitious vision for education.
His plans include providing scholarships for needy but brilliant students, offering annual support for tertiary education, awarding scholarships for disabled students, and assisting orphans in continuing their education.
The celebration of DCE Edmund Kudjo Attah's contributions reflects the tangible improvements he has brought to Vakpo Senior High Technical School and his deep-seated dedication to the future of education in the North Dayi District.
