A power failure is causing major disruption across the London Underground network and the Elizabeth line.
The Bakerloo line and Waterloo & City lines are suspended, there are no trains between London Bridge and Finchley Road on the Jubilee line, and the Northern line is not running between Euston and Kennington, nor south of Stockwell.
It is understood to have been caused by a power outage in south-west London which happened at about 14:30 BST. Power has since been restored, but delays and line suspensions are still ongoing.
The Elizabeth line is also not running between Abbey Wood and Paddington, and there are severe delays on all affected lines.
Waterloo station is among the worst-affected stations, as it is usually served by Jubilee, Northern and Bakerloo line trains.
Separately, the entire Suffragette line on the London Overground is suspended due to a fire alert.
The Transport for London (TfL) website also appears to be suffering from intermittent issues with some travel advice pages not loading.
Among those affected by the transport issues were Justine, 53 and Benny, 20, who had travelled to London from the Warwickshire town of Leamington Spa to renew the latter's passport.
Speaking outside a closed Embankment station, their frustration at being unable to take a normally simple journey to Marylebone station was clear.
"It's going to be really annoying, I don't know how to get home," Justine said.
"We weren't even able to renew his passport. It was just one of those days."
