Yango Ghana, part of Global Technology company, Yango Group, is proud to announce its partnership with celebrated culinary innovator Chef Abbys as the official logistics partner for her upcoming World Food Day initiative, The Big Street Feast, taking place on October 16, 2025. This partnership was announced at a signing event in Accra, held on 24th September , 2025.
This large-scale community event will see Chef Abbys and her team distribute thousands of freshly prepared meals to underserved communities across Accra, from Madina through Kwabenya, Achimota, Lapaz, Kaneshie, and Circle, ending at Accra Central. The initiative aims to feed 15,000+ people directly while driving nationwide awareness on hunger, food security, and sustainability.
Through this partnership, Yango will provide seamless logistical support to ensure meals, volunteers, and event resources reach each community efficiently and on time. This collaboration underscores Yango’s commitment to innovation that drives social impact and strengthens communities.

Beyond feeding thousands, The Big Street Feast will spark a movement of compassion and responsibility in recognition of World Food Day.
