Leonant Yert has been named the “Most Outstanding PR Agency (PR Consultancy of the Year)” for the 2023–2024 review period by the Institute of Public Relations (IPR) Ghana.
The accolade was announced during the 2025 National PR Summit held in Takoradi, recognising the firm’s strategic contributions to public relations in Ghana.
Speaking on behalf of the team, Nii Okai Nunoo, Chief Executive Officer of Leonant Yert, said the award was a milestone that reaffirmed the firm’s commitment to delivering value to its clients. “This award represents a significant milestone for our team. It affirms our belief in delivering true value for our clients whom we work,” he said, adding that the recognition was shared with the firm’s clients and partners.
The National PR Summit, held under the theme “Reimagining PR in a Contemporary World”, brought together PR practitioners, corporate leaders, academics, and industry veterans for discussions on trends, challenges, and opportunities in modern public relations. Highlights of the event included a special address by Nana Kobina Nketsia V, Omanhene of the Essikado Traditional Area and President of the Western Regional House of Chiefs, as well as the PR Legend’s Night featuring Dr. Ekwow Spio-Garbrah, Presidential Envoy for Reparations.
The IPR Professional Awards Committee commended Leonant Yert for offering “cutting-edge consultancy services marked by strategic insights, measurable results, thought leadership, and a strong contribution to the advancement of PR practice in Ghana.” Over the review period, the firm executed initiatives across corporate communications, reputation management, media relations, stakeholder engagement, and crisis communication.
Established in 2016, Leonant Yert is a boutique consulting firm focused on reputation management and corporate communications. The firm serves clients across finance, energy, manufacturing, technology, and services sectors, helping them strengthen brand positioning and stakeholder trust.
Nunoo said the award would inspire the Leonant Yert team to continue innovating in communications strategies. “This recognition motivates us to continue championing communication that informs, inspires, and builds trust. Ultimately, our support ensures improved corporate behaviour and stronger performance for our clients,” he noted.
The IPR Ghana Excellence Awards have become a benchmark for professional recognition in the country’s PR industry, celebrating agencies, practitioners, and institutions that demonstrate excellence, creativity, and impact in their work.
