Stanbic Bank, one of the leading banks in Ghana has launched a package called Achiever Banking Service.
The package which is a digitally led Customer Value Proposition is aimed at giving respite to both middle and high-class customers.
Speaking at the launch, Head of Personal Markets at the bank, Hannah Annobil-Acquah, says the product was designed for persons who earn an income within the ranges of GH¢700 and GH¢3, 499.
According to her, the decision to run the proposition came about after the bank met a group of customers to find out their expectation.
The customers she explained said they want a “bank that thinks about them, supports them, gives them value and helps them to save.”
“The Achiever Life package,” she said, is detailed to provide such customers with a “retrenchment cover which offers them GH¢1000 a month for three months in the event that they lose jobs.”
The package also includes a10% discount on Motor Insurance as well as the Hospital Cash Cover with which the Bank supports clients GH¢100 for 180 days, in the event, they are hospitalized after an accident, she added.
She excitedly said the beauty of package is that the bank has added Achiever Save - an automatic savings account that allows customers to save little sums of money towards a big the day.
The Achiever Cash package also comes with short terms financing facilities such as a pre-approved overdraft of up to 50% of one’s net salary and access to lifestyle loans in less than 24hours.
The Retrenchment Cover was introduced to let the customers know that the bank cares for them especially in times of need.
The Achiever Pay package offers a myriad of cashless payment options through the bank’s VISA Card and other payment platforms such as Slyde Pay, E-ZWICH, and Mobile Money.
Customers who fall within the salary range of GH¢ 700 and GH¢ 3,499 can sign up for the Achiever Banking service by walking into any of Stanbic’s branches or by calling the Customer Care Centre on 0302815789.
