The Stars of the East will compete in GN Bank Division One league next term after losing 2-1 to Kotoko - ending their one-season stay in the premier league.
Bolga All Stars are the first team to be relegated in the Ghana Premier League after defeat on Sunday to Asante Kotoko in Kumasi sealed their fate.
Relegation has loomed for Bolga as they have failed to win in their last 13 games, where they have only managed to pick up one point.
Abass Mohammed and Yakubu Mohammed first half goals provided the win for the title hopefuls.
After picking up only two wins and six draws all season, Bolga have a goal difference of just -58.
Bolga’s defeat to the Porcupine Warriors was their 17th of the season as they trail 12th placed AshantiGold by 19 points.
They have gone through two gaffers so far this term.

Financial constraints can be blamed for Bolga All Stars shambolic showing on their debut season.
"The people of Bolga love football and I knew if the club were allowed to play in the Upper East region, we could be financially sound. The owner of the club nearly sold it to a businessman from Techiman, Nana Ameyaw to run the club but the negotiations was unfruitful." Nelson Abanga, PRO, told Volta Star FM in April.
But they did enjoy themselves nonetheless, chalking a piece of history when owner Abdulai Alhassan became the first owner-player of a top-flight side in the world. He played in the 3-3 draw with Hearts of Oak.
