Popular Indian telenovela, Kum Kum Bhagya has received a lot of attention and following in Ghana ever since it was telecast by Adom TV.
The TV series which has been running for sometime now get both young and old glued to their television sets.
Cast of the telenovela have expressed their willingness to collaborate with Ghanaian actors and movie producers.
“I believe that if there is a collaboration it will be absolutely fantastic. It should happen because India needs to know about talents in Ghana,” Ahbir told JoyNews’ Becky.
According to them, Ghana possesses great talents which should be explored for the satisfaction of the global audience.
“I believe that Ghana has a lot of talent. Given the right platform, they will go international,” Ahbir added.
The cast including Raj, Tanu, Alia and Abhir visited Ghana for the much talked about Kumkum Showdown from the November 17 to November 20.
The four expressed surprise at the warm reception they received on their arrival.
“It has been excellent. Thank you, Ghana for having us over here. We were quite amazed when we realized that the Ghana audience liked our show. We were like how; how do they relate to the whole thing but when we came here we were amazed,” Alia said.
They described Ghana as a beautiful country and expressed interest in visiting again.
The Kumkum Bhagya stars thanked Adom TV and the organizers of Kum Kum Show Down for inviting them to Ghana.
