Ghanaian midfielder Abu Francis will play in Europe next season after Cercle Brugge secured Europa League qualification.
Francis enjoyed 75 minutes of action on Sunday afternoon as his side played out a goalless draw with Club Brugge on the road.
The result over the weekend meant Cercle Brugge finished in fourth on the Belgian Jupiler Pro League table, 13 points behind league winners Club Brugge.
The Ghanaian, who recently signed a contract extension at the club, has had a brilliant season in the Belgian top flight this campaign.
The 23-year-old featured in 18 games this season starting 11 of them.
His performances in the league earned him a maiden call-up into the Black Stars team during the March international break where he featured in games against Nigeria and Uganda.
